FAQ:

Why is tuition higher for Academy Shows?

Short answer: everything about these productions costs more to mount, and tuition reflects a bigger experience, not just a bigger price tag.

- Professional licensing. Staging a Disney title means paying professional licensing fees before a single rehearsal begins — which is a significant upfront investment our original productions don't carry.

- Bigger production values. Academy Shows feature more elaborate costumes and more extensive set pieces, built to match the scale of the story.

- Expanded training. Every performer receives dedicated vocal training, acting coaching, and choreography as part of the program.

- Included extras. Tuition covers a professional headshot, a show shirt, and the full training package above.

Tuition: $160 enrollment + $40 costume fee (required for all cast members) is the same structure as our production of The Little Mermaid.

What about shows like Mystery at Rue Elementary and Ghosted?

Those productions are considered our Community Theatre shows and are special in a completely different way: original works written and directed by talented local artists, created specifically for our performers and our community. Because they're original pieces, they don't carry licensing fees, which lets us keep tuition lower while still delivering a full, joyful production experience.

Neither format is "less than." Our Community Theatre shows celebrate homegrown storytelling; our Academy Shows take on beloved licensed titles at full scale.
